Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. 

Faulty products: 

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send a photo of the faulty/damaged product along with your order number to support@angeliquelashes.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement. 


Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    We will supply you with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available. We try our best to ship as fast as possible and we try and get all tracking numbers supplied within 1-2 working days.

  • Is the product faulty?

    If you think your product is faulty or not of the quality you expected, please don't hesitate to contact us. Client satisfaction is important to us and we will do all we can to ensure this holds true.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once your order has been placed, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

    Please check your address before placing the order. If you have entered the wrong address please email us immediately and include the correct address. 
    We can not guarantee that the address will be changed. 

  • Incorrect address and unclaimed parcels

    Unfortunately we can't refund shipping costs for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If the product is returned to us via Australia post, we can ship it again at the buyers expense. If the incorrect address is our mistake, we will ship you a new order to the correct address as soon as we are made aware. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded excluding shipping.
